Got Milk?

Goats Milk, that is?

We have over FOUR gallons of milk in the refrigerator. Goats Milk!

I guess I need to make CHEESE!

Ps.. To Matt, I really don't know if I can sell it! I know I cannot sell milk so I'm not sure I can sell cheese.

I want to learn to make cheese. We are getting local goats milk and I want to make yogurt and cheese. How hard do you think it is on a scale of 1-5?

Mozarella cheese is VERY easy! Other "soft" cheeses are easy as well, like chevre. Those are my favorites. Other than those I've only tried feta and I thought it was hard. But I want to try again.

Did your feta turn out? I remember that a while back the sisters in Goldendale were having some trouble getting their feta to turn out the way it was supposed to.

I remember when you made your cheese i would sneek bits of it while it was still warm.... YUM!
